An Animated Sense of False Hope is a response to a live performance, documented during residency exchange program at Kingston School of Art, London. Hand crafted squeaky shoes and modified clothing, Siahne goes for a jog; using humour to navigate very private feelings in very public ways to explore the physical embodiment of the anxieties linked with constantly having to negotiate one’s relationship with notions of fulfillment and futility.
